Casino War is based on just that game. It takes seconds to learn how

Card Values And Rankings

To play simply place a chip in the betting area on the table.
Two cards are dealt one to the player and one to the dealer. The highest
card wins. In the event that the tow cards have the same value you
have a choice of surrendering and losing half your bet or going to
War. If you opt to go to war you need to place a bet in the war section
that is equal to your original bet.
At this stage the dealer burns three cards (discards them) and deals
the player one card and the dealer another card. At this point the
highest card wins. If the two cards are of equal value again then
you will automatically win.
Pay Offs and House Advantages
Depending on the amount of decks used the house advantage on this
game is within 2% to 3% on the standard bet. The tie bet however ranges
from about 15% to 30% so is really not recommended.
The Vegas pay offs are as follows; Highest Card 1 to 1, Win after
War 1 to 2, Tie 10 to 1, Tie after War 1 to 2
